Coastal Gem is a 3 bedroom house with two bathrooms and a downstairs WC.
The modern open plan kitchen-diner leads on to the private garden with hot tub, BBQ area and plenty of outdoor dining space. The kitchen is fully equipped with a washing machine, dishwasher, double oven and large fridge freezer to allow you to self cater for the family or simply grab the plates and enjoy some award-winning fish and chips from the local take-away. The property is tastefully furnished throughout to give a feel of luxury for your well earned break. The lounge has a large smart TV with comfortable seating and plenty of space to relax after a tiring day at the beach!
The master bedroom has a King size bed and a Smart TV. The second bedroom offers a double bed with ensuite shower room and the third bedroom is a twin room with smart TV. All Beds have hotel quality mattresses and bedding to ensure a comfortable night’s sleep.
Outside there is parking for two cars, plus a shared visitors space if required.
Access is via a Keysafe but the owners live locally should any assistance be required or a meet and greet be requested.
